West Lancashire Golf Club

Coming into its 150th year, founded in 1873, West Lancashire Golf club is the oldest standing club in Lancashire. Home of many great competitions,  

including hosting the Regional and Final Qualifying for the 2021 Open Championship. 

The course was designed by C K Cotton and is laid out on some 200 acres of land and succeeds in carrying out the ideal layout of a golf course – two loops of nine holes with the 9th and 18th greens in front of the clubhouse.

Containing three Par 5's and four par 3's, this course has many challenges from undulating greens, well placed bunkers and potentially some difficult pin positions.
